Two homemade chiles rellenos (stuffed poblano peppers), the first stuffed with ground beef and vegetable mixture topped with salsa verde and cheese, the other stuffed with a shredded chicken breast and vegetable mixture topped with a roasted tomato chile sauce and cheese. Served with pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, rice, beans, and corn tortillas.
